I changed my out my altenator and I can't rember which the serpintine belt goes on
What way does the serpentine belt go on a 1995 Pontiac Grand am?
the sticker will be on the left hand side on the front suspension thing cap or whatever you want to call it if its not then its goes around the alternator on the top of power steering pump pulley then under water pump pulley around a/c compressor than goes to the engine drive pulley and around it ( big pulley and made of metal on the bottom middle of the engine)and then don't get confused goes the rough side up on the tensioner

There is usually a diagram under the hood somewhere. You can probably find one on the Gates Belt site. Look at the link below.
There is a diagram showing the routing of the belt, it is located on a sticker in the engine compartment or in the glove box.... if this does not help then contact your local dealer and talk to a tech there !!!!!!
